The house, which faces the Piacentine hills, is approximately 400m² and is arranged over three levels in addition to the garden. It is available for rent on a weekly basis as a single unit (sleeping up to 12 comfortably) and includes breakfast, use of the garden and the hot-tub.
Depending upon the season, shorter stays of a minimum of 2/3 nights can be offered upon request.
Each of the floors of the house is independent and can be rented separately on a weekly basis with the use of a shared garden, or, again upon request, for shorter stays depending on the season.
Ground Floor
The apartment, with a large double-fronted window, faces the garden and offers a view of the surrounding valley.
It is comprised of:
- A large living/dining room with a fully equipped designer kitchen with island breakfast bar;
- Two double bedrooms with double twin-beds, each with its own bathroom;
- A single bedroom, with a beautifully restored original ceiling painting, and a further bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath.
In addition to an en-suite bathroom, each bedroom is equipped with satellite TV, telephone, access to broad-band and air conditioning.
N.B. The beds can be arranged either as two single or a large double.
First Floor:
The first floor comprises;
- Entrance hall with fully equipped designer kitchen in niche and breakfast stools;
- A panoramic living room with dining table and sofa;
- A large double bedroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate W.C. facilities;
- A suite with two rooms, each with separate access, one room with a sofa bed, sleeping four therefore in total.
Each suite is equipped with its own en-suite with bath.
N.B. The use of the twin beds can vary from single to large double.
From the entrance of the house there is a stairway leading to the basement and the communal area which comprises an antique kitchen which has been carefully restored. The stairs lead down to the patio area which is furnished with a dining table. In the garden there is a hot-tub which can be used all year round.

Milan is one hour from Castell'Arquato and the beautiful old city of Bologna one hour and a half. The Municipal theater of Piacenza is the home of the world renowned Ricardo Mutti.
